Terms of sale

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing on behalf of a qualified research entity. We may request verification and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only, as set out in our research disclaimer. Ordering constitutes acceptance of those conditions.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. If a product is unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the store currency and exclude shipping unless stated.
• Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout or on import.
• Payment is processed on our secure payment page; we do not store card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are the importer of record for international orders and are responsible for compliance with local law.

6. Cancellations and returns

Opened or temperature-sensitive materials cannot be returned. See our shipping and returns policy for the full process.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product concerned, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time your order is placed.
