• Technical data: cart contents stored locally in your browser, and basic logs.

Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored on our servers.

• To process, fulfil and support your order (contract performance).
• To answer enquiries and supply lot documentation (legitimate interests).
• To meet tax, accounting and export record-keeping duties (legal obligation).

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform, payment provider and shipping carriers. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and trade law. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Cart data lives in your browser until you clear it.

5. Your rights

Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem with your account or order.
