Ordering, documentation, shipping and the limits of what we can advise on.
- What does research use only mean?
- Every compound we sell is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, and it must never be administered to humans or animals.
- Do you provide dosing or protocol advice?
- No. We can discuss purity, solubility and storage of a lot, but we do not provide dosing, administration or clinical guidance of any kind.
- How are peptides shipped?
- Peptides ship lyophilised in sealed vials with protective packaging. Cold-chain shipping is used where the compound requires it. Orders are dispatched on business days.
- Can I get a certificate of analysis?
- Yes. Send us the lot number printed on your vial and we will return the matching certificate of analysis, including chromatogram and mass spectrum.
- Who can place an order?
- Customers aged 21 or over, purchasing on behalf of a qualified research entity, who accept the research-use-only terms at checkout.
- What is your returns policy?
- Because these are sensitive laboratory materials, opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced or refunded when reported within 7 days of delivery.
